@VoteAshcraft just wandered into this home, and wasn’t invited by a distressed resident? That is some callous shit coming from a video of a family forced to live in unacceptable conditions- I’m literally shocked you would even write that.
I was invited to do exactly this. we accompanied the tenant to the manangement office which is finally now taking her request seriously. They had NO record of her previous requests she’s been making for 2 years. I don’t care what people think of me. This tenant’s needs come first

requests are routinely thrown out, marked as completed when never touched it’s a racket i know of a qbh resident who *lost her job* because “the repair workers” kept not showing to up to fix her home her boss got fed up and fired her this is the type of stress they live with – à Queensbridge Houses - NYCHA
