I will not be shamed for having to move out of my Manhattan (in district) apartment because I couldn’t afford the rent. I moved to LIC (still in district) last year and share a 1br because paying rent in #NY12 is hard. I would expect better from “progressive” challenger teams.

This is more relatable to the majorty of Americans rn (let alone those in your district) than anything they can come up with. This is what a real person trying to make change looks like... Not sitting in their highrise looking down on the loyal peasants that have to move.

If that's not proof that these people are so out of touch with us commoners, then I don't know what is. I'm 43 years old. Im a contract miner. I do fairly well. And in the last year I've had to shuffle bills around and shit. Things are hard now ffs.
