‘But my uncle is a good cop’ - cool, I’m sure he’s very nice. Tell him to be vocal about federal, state and local criminal justice reform to prevent his coworkers from terrorizing people.
Tell him to be out in the streets calling to defund the police so we can focus on restorative justice.

A good cop is not only a cop who respects all people regardless of race, religion, etc. but is willing to speak out against anyone who is not. Those are hard to come by.
My two uncles would consider themselves "good cops" and have been considered "good cops" by everyone else who knows them. They are not good cops. They just haven't been caught doing "white version of bad" things yet.
