But ya know... the national debt and blah blah... how will we pay for anything that doesn’t kill us?
And when politicians propose tackling the debt and deficit, they do it on the backs of the working class. The wealthy and corporations are never asked to carry the burden despite the fact that their tax cuts are the main reason, along with endless wars, that the debt is so high.
And it’s only propaganda anyway. Having a debt, deficit spending do not hurt us at all. NOT spending enough to help us through thrust crisis will be very bad for the entire country for decades to come.
