We don’t fund anything at the federal level through taxes. We fund through congressional appropriations/votes. We should tax billionaires and corporations their fair share bc its the right thing to do tho 
I like this point. Taxes are one way of covering the cost of a program, but we've clearly shown we can pay for whatever we want regardless.
