It has indirectly impacted every part of my life because it's always used to deny help to the average American. We don't have healthcare because those we keep electing use the debt as a reason that not only should we not have these things, but they must cut all programs.

We can not print money. Money is no longer backed by gold. If other countries see us printing money with high national debt and little repayment, our dollar tanks in the global economy and U.S. becomes more 3rd world.
