Amy knew what she was doing and threatening. There are no charges against her, but there should be. Her life is not ‘destroyed’; she is not the victim. She’s alive while so many innocent people are not.

She panicked. She was afraid. I'm black and I think this whole thing has gone WAY overboard. She should have remained calm, but she had every right to call the cops. Though I just would have shown him my can of mace. He threatened her, or haven't you read his Facebook post?

If losing her job counts as having her life "destroyed", then we should have some protections built into the system other than the inclination of one's employer to make sure that doesn't happen arbitrarily. Fact is, this free market capitalism sucks in that regard. Deal with it.
