Good to hear this. She’s been abusing him it looks like from Instagram posts.
Me and my dog was attacked once by another dog that was off leash and the owner ran off with their dog and the police couldn't catch them, so I was stuck with the vet bill. It was a very traumatic experience and luckily my dog was ok. Point is that's why the leash laws exist.
