As a copywriter I’ve had several freelance jobs that allow remote work, but whenever I’m hired on full time (like for the past five years), I’m told that it’s key to have us all together. If I weren’t forced to live in LA I could be a home owner with much better quality of life

Call my cynical but to me it always felt like “sorry we don’t do work at home because we just like to watch you work.” If people aren’t getting their work done, that’s one thing.
