That was my reasoning as well. He’s shown time and time again that he has no principles. He’s simply fighting for himself and his oligarchic interests.
First of all, Joe Biden is experiencing senile dementia and is not capable of effectively fighting for anything. Even if he was lucid, his entire 50-year career is that of fighting against Medicare for all. If he lied and said he would fight for it I wouldn't believe him.
