Uhg. As a negotiator I got called every name under the sun and around the mountains because I couldn’t max out someone’s policy benefits to give them a $500,000 settlement for a sore shoulder they refused treatment for. It’s why ad hominems do nothing to me anymore lmao.
I got yelled at a LOT by customers. I catered the university president’s house once and one of his guest told me to get a ‘real job.’ I was in school, studying full time and working as a cater. I will never forget that lady and how I never want to be her.
