i do not want to know what a "pay me now fee" is. do they hold onto the money from customers and make the businesses pay to get paid sooner????

I think many small businesses/restaurants only use GrubHub because they don't have their own delivery drivers.

it is cheaper to hire your own drivers...... grubhub means NO profit for a restaurant we declined using them
