Won't mean a thing if the top of the ballot loses. Be like Bernie. Endorse Joe.

Not true. Our government has three branches of government. It's "hold your nose and vote for a corporate candidate" for president yet again in 2020, but the federal legislative branch is crucial, as are state and local races, so this is where my donations & volunteering will go.

Who signs the bill into law? I'll wait.

You can't be serious. There are 3 branches of government creating a balance of powers. If you love America as much as you claim, perhaps consider taking a basic civics course. Executive power > legislative & judicial = Un-Americanhttps://www.history.com/topics/us-government/three-branches-of-government …

We both know the answer to that, but why do you see that one thing as the defining measure of power? That's almost childishly simplistic. Congress writes bills & judicial interprets law. Trump has been stopped numerous times by judges ruling against him. President ≠ Monarchy

Never said it was a defining measure of power. Unless you elect a super majority to override vetos every bill congress passes that helps the poor or addresses the wage gap or tries to balance capitalism with democratic socialism will die. Your civics lesson for the day.

Yeah, thanks. My original point was that I don't support Biden, though I support people in swing states holding their noses and voting for him. Since no pres candidate remotely represents my interests, I am giving my donations and volunteer hours to congressional and down-ballot.
