It baffles me that it's a perfectly acceptable response in our politics that *some* things should be covered no matter what, but if you get cancer you're SOL. Joe wants to cure cancer, how about we start covering it so people can get the treatment we currently have available?
Right, but why not have #MedicareForAll so we don't just place another band-aid over this festering wound of a for-profit healthcare system.

This baffles me too.
#Medicare4All is based on: Healthcare is a human right. All these 1/2 measures seem to say, healthcare is a human right, except when it's a cash cow.

Tbh we're way past the band-aid stage. People w/o work and income, if they survive, will lose everything: home, healthcare (crappy admittedly ) & whatever savings they have. Personal bankruptcies, foreclosures & evictions will skyrocket. How that saves the economy is beyond me.
