God, means testing is the stupidest thing. If you need help, you need freaking help. It's just a way for them to be cruel without being it flat out.
The federal government needs to provide relief to every single person in this country. NO MEANS TESTING!

Means testing, especially right now makes zero sense. The people that need the money now will not be hording it (like some millionaires and billionaires). They will spending it, going into the economy and back into the government. Trickle up, always works.
