Today has been a really solemn day for my team. While talking to my supporters on the phone, I heard their number 1 concern is our need for #MedicareForAll. It’s what the people want and I sincerely don’t understand anyone running for federal office who isn’t fighting for it.
Almost everyone I talked to today is worried about someone in their family with a compromised immune system. I’ve also spoken with people who are self quarantining because their doctors and the government are telling them conflicting information on what to do.
Why all the consolidation behind a candidate who refuses to sign into #MedicareForAll? Why aren’t all co-sponsors of #M4A rallying behind @BernieSanders, the guy who can make it happen? Why?
Hopefully this virus will be slowing down if everyone uses cleaning precautions and stays home if they are sick
