Off topic but the Republican / Evangelical hypocrisy here is astounding. They don't want to subsidize birth control, abortions, health care in general, or education - but they love to send money to Israel that subsidizes all of those things. I don't understand their logic.

Yes, my niece almost died when she started puberty. She has to take the pill. I don't know the details, but her sister was then pre-emptively put on them when just starting puberty because the risk was there of the same issue.
