$266 billion is what was spent just on nurses salaries by the healthcare industry last year. If we cut that by 75% then hospitals wouldn’t have to be running around trying to get $7.10 out of your grandma.

I really hope your system down there gets sorted out. Yes, as a Canadian, our health care system sees its waiting periods sometimes get extensive at times... but not going broke when you receive needed treatment or surgery is the only way to go, in my opinion. Best of luck.

Plus the debt was already SOLD to someone else, so essentially the original debt was paid off by some other company hoping they could squeeze more out of here....like maybe 5 or 6 bucks...
