Be careful. Robert Reich is a Neoliberal. He has morals, but argues against MMT studies, only because his academic career was based on neoclassical economics. He understands microeconomics with in states, but perpetuates Neoliberalism when describing macro. Ask Andres about it.

Reich worked with Bill Clinton to create the deficit surplus. That surplus + bank deregulation caused the 01 & 08 recessions by creating private debt overburdens. And is why there is still trillions in debt we are trying to cancel.
