“Go live in Germany or Sweden if you like democratic socialism so much” ... I have. In both. I’ll never forget how I didn’t get charged for urgent care visits in BOTH countries because they felt bad I’d have to pay out of pocket. THAT is democratic socialism.

Have not live but have visited Germany and my German do explain their healthcare system and it is a relief for them to think about it to work and live their lives.

Getting out of the USA these days is just as difficult as getting in. You need to hire an immigration attorney and it costs a small fortune. A US passport or being a US native is nowhere near the golden ticket internationally that it was once unless u are very wealthy ofcourse.
