How about we focus less on jobs and more on building an economy that serves us? We shouldn’t be working so much. It’s only to drive the endless growth required under capitalism.

The intent FJG and strengthening workers’ rights is to swing a sledge hammer against capitalism. Imagine being able to leave a crappy employer because you’re guaranteed a job on outside. Bad employers wont be able to keep employees.

In other words, a jobs guarantee isn’t a jobs mandate. It’s a standard.
