This is exceptionally painful, as just yesterday I heard @NYCMayor talk about how there just isn’t enough money to expedite necessary repairs for NYCHA tenants. This is also why I advocate for nationalizing public transit, upgrading it, and making it free. Stop harassing poor people. Help people struggling to survive.
