Here’s what’s happening: for the first 5 seconds its about 20 people yelling at once. Even I can’t make out what they’re saying but from being in the room I can tell you they were not satisfied with De Blasio’s dismissive responses to their concerns about eviction and demolition
De Blasio was hunched over and seemed unable to gain back control of the room. Then his staffer jumped in to say “hello hello. We’re here. Please, please.”
