I don’t have health insurance today. My previous insurer is telling my new insurer that I am still covered under my old employer, blocking the switch. When I call, they confirm I’m cancelled. I can’t imagine dealing with nonsense like this if I were seriously ill.

They all make money off of delay - delay coverage, delay approvals, delay payments. They're just playing the float on the premiums and they want to keep that money as long as possible.

Good idea... and with that comes even *more* paperwork & phone calls & on & on & on... Who the h*ll has any energy left for that? People should not have to fight for anything other than fighting against cancer. PS I’m with ya.
