I’ve tried to be vegetarian multiple times for health and climate crisis reasons. This is day 2 of my latest attempt. Any tips for staying on the wagon when you just really love pepperoni pizza and chicken nuggets?

I find than when I think I am craving meat I am actually craving something savory&spicy. A good selection of root vegetables, eg. baked, others veggies&fruits in form of raw salads, some caramelized onions...will make you forget meat is missing.
