I’ve tried to be vegetarian multiple times for health and climate crisis reasons. This is day 2 of my latest attempt. Any tips for staying on the wagon when you just really love pepperoni pizza and chicken nuggets?

Gardeine and Morningstar are your friends along with beyond. I started by switching to soy/almond/oat milk with breakfast. Doing one or a couple days a week or one meal a day. When it comes to the vegan/vegetarian substitutes it really helps trying variety to find ones you like
