I’ve tried to be vegetarian multiple times for health and climate crisis reasons. This is day 2 of my latest attempt. Any tips for staying on the wagon when you just really love pepperoni pizza and chicken nuggets?

Just keep in mind that while cholesterol comes from fats, the reason it builds up is because of fructose. Fructose pokes holes in blood vessels, so the cholesterol comes to the rescue to block those holes. High fructose foods are agave, apples & pears, watermelon, onions, mango..
