Sue to access the library? Seriously? Wtf?

The Problem Solvers Caucus was instrumental in rolling back key provisions of the ADA. The lawsuit will encounter challenges.

Whenever I see buildings with such obvious issues (like the see-through grated floors at Cornell Fine Arts Library), it also points out the clear lack of diversity in these panels that approve these plans.

This is ridiculous! It’s a brand new library! Accessibility should have been a standard part of the planning & construction process. Unacceptable.

Corruption, incompetence or both?

Unfortunately, the federal government absolutely cannot be trusted to enforce the law, especially with Trump in office. Private lawsuits have been a really reliable way to get the law enforced, and I'm glad we have that options. ALL laws should allow for private enforcement.
