If you, a CEO, have to outsource and pay someone 25cts/hr, you are bad at your job.
Which is why I want to regulate CEO pay to 30x the lowest salary at the company, including foreign salaries.
No more race to the bottom to help failed CEOs. 
I understand your sentiment but it’s based on the very kind assumption that they are paying people all over the globe $15/hr. Which does not happen.

Ok lets make this easy...US CEO has workers in Taiwan and pays them 15cents an hour. He abides by US law as a resident but employs foreign labor. No global law here. Get it?
