If you, a CEO, have to outsource and pay someone 25cts/hr, you are bad at your job.
Which is why I want to regulate CEO pay to 30x the lowest salary at the company, including foreign salaries.
No more race to the bottom to help failed CEOs.

The wider that gap the greater the exploitation and likely the more extractive the business model. It seems in Capitalism, businesses are always on a continuum in this regard and always "able" to slip toward that. The underlying model needs be different to avoid that.

Yes, and even "good" capitalists are on that sliding scale, we can try to regulate it (been tried many times) but we should get off that slide all together.
