Today, the government considers marijuana as dangerous as heroin. That’s idiotic. As president I will immediately issue an executive order to declassify marijuana as a controlled substance.
While we are at it let’s decriminalize all drug use so that we can end the racism-based war on drugs. Let’s prioritize helping people through your amazing Single-Payer Medicare For All if they do suffer from substance use disorder. But usage should not be a crime.

Absolutely, I actually applaud yang for his stance on this and the only stance I like now about yang because he flipped on single payer Medicare for all. His decriminalization of all drugs following the Portugal model would be awesome and I hope Bernie adopts it.

No we shouldn’t make crack heroin meth are any of those substances illegal and the pills doesn’t work they just become addicted to them too if you are not in a community where there is a drug problem especially these drugs you don’t know the affect that they have on a community
