Thank you! I don't look disabled but if there are stairs, I don't even try it. I just won't go no matter how important. It's difficult.
A group of us just helped an elderly man who tumbled all the way down an MTA staircase. Heartbreaking. Infuriating. Shame on every single representative at every single level of gov who hasn’t prioritized accessibility as part of their platform.

So vital! Cities are NOT built with accessibility in mind. In 2019, we should at LEAST be making the easy & obvious changes, and we havent even done those!
