Deregulate the financial services industry so the burden of irresponsible decisions made by senior executives on Wall Street are carried by working people/taxpayers who have to bail them out.

"Taxpayers" didn't bailout the Banks. Thats inaccurate & divisive rhetoric from the neoliberals & neocons. Its absolutely impossible 4 taxes 2 "pay" 4 things Congress spends on. Taxes r destroyed. There is literally no laws or codes that Congress takes tax credits from the IRS.
