You're absolutely right. Framing healthcare in terms of "Access" is a complete obfuscation of reality. Access means nothing without affordability.
Access to healthcare=access to huge bills, even IF you have insurance (coinsurance, deductibles) Access to healthcare=access to the $1000 meds you have to RATION It takes great privilege to talk about ACCESS, knowing how many people are being *murdered* by our system.

30 to 45k people die each year from lack of basic healthcare. If politicians actually cared about the wellbeing of their citizens, then this issue would be considered a crisis. Over 100 deaths per day. More than any shooting, or violence, etc
