I’d add, “allow our older, fellow citizens to live out their lives with dignity, after 4+ decades of paying into the most successful government social program in history”.
My parents just lost their health insurance after working hard their entire lives. The hospital in town privatized and you know the drill. Lost their insurance a few years before retirement. I totally hear you and agree. Single Payer Medicare for All now.
