skewed thinking, catastrophic thinking, so much cognitive distortion, suicidal ideation from the depression. Thank God for medication and therapy. I may not even still be here. And I’m one of the lucky ones in our broken system.

you’re exactly right! We absolutely need single-payer M4A so nobody has to worry about who is in-network and what is covered, or if they are even insured. Everyone who wants care should be able to get it without issue.
