So to be clear, the new Chair of @NYCHA is:
- receiving a $400k salary
- but will be going back & forth to Minnesota
- did not show up for a town hall
- has only visited once

That makes actual sense to me. Though, in this case, if someone is being paid $400k not to even show up, well, how much can they really be helping?
Zero. In fact why don’t we start over and fill this position with a current or former @NYCHA resident who understands the needs of the community and residents better than someone who needs to fly home to Minnesota every weekend.
