Term limits are not democratic. Public funding of elections is democratic. Term limits won't solve anything if the corruption keeps on rolling.

Term limits are a right wing idea. Leave only the lobbyists in place. Horrible and undemocratic. They wanted to block more FDRs with their amendment.

I am with you on everything except term limits. Term limits sounds nice but is terrible. We WANT good people to get in and stay in Congress. We want them to learn and then use that knowledge. Instead

Tax credits do not seem to me like a good way of incentivizing people-powered campaigns or really achieving much of anything policy-wise. How about regulations and public funding?

I want $100 in tax credits (eligible every year) that people use to donate to politicians who reject corporate and super PAC money. I am also for reversing Citizens United which will take time and most likely Constitutional Amendment, so we need solutions for the meantime.
