Absolutely ! However, in New York that is already law, and unfortunately employers still figure out clever ways to know what range you’re looking for. The Even the Playing Field Act would force large employers to show their cards first for full transparency.

@GovernorTomWolf made it illegal to do for state workers. I just wish it were for everyone. They ask what you are making now, then explain it's so they can ask you if what they are offering is okay.
