What? That sounds downright ridiculous. First off, this “freedom” that was “given up” was in order to try and save lives. Just because you couldn’t get your fucking haircut or go to the beach doesn’t mean your freedom was take . If the govt was actually competent they would’ve...

The 1st amendment guarantees our right to peacefully assemble. People were forced to stay inside or they could risk being arrested. If they made the decision for themselves to risk their own health, they weren’t allowed to. That “guaranteed” right was no longer true.

You literally couldn’t though. In some areas, going out for anything outside of a handful of reasons could get you arrested. That’s not okay.

Oh, these people are idiots man. That’s unacceptable behavior, especially right now. I’m saying we should be able to get back to a somewhat normal economy with a major focus on making things as sanitary as possible for the remainder of this pandemic.
