I haven't seen "Joker" yet. TBH, I wasn't planning on seeing it, but now that I see how upset the SJW crowd is over it, it must be pretty good.

Observing more trolling behavior and trying to understand the mindset. "That guy said something I disagree with. I called him stupid, but didn't give any counter information. I kick so much ass!" A conclusive argument would be much more devastating.

This video shows the change in Bernie's criticism of rich people as his personal wealth increased. What caught my eye was the way so many people hate it, but don't bother to explain what's wrong with it. "They suck for this!" Is a useless criticism.

The person in the White House, the people in the Senate and the people in the House of Representatives are not our leaders, they are public servants. I think they could use a reminder. Someone write note, stick it on your shoe, and kick their asses with it.

Ahh, the good ol' days when politicians had souls.

Wouldn't it be great if the political candidates told everyone where they actually stood on things? If the people liked their ideas, they'd get elected. If the people didn't like them, they wouldn't. The current method gets us representatives with no real spirit or motivation.

I don't take many politicians seriously because they don't have any real conviction. They keep their stances on matters fluid so they can switch them later if they need to, for the purpose of increasing their changes at (re)election.

Seriously, does anyone think that someone they don't know is going to be upset at being called stupid over a disagreement? So why waste your time doing it? And if you did manage to hurt someone's feelings, how does it help you? It doesn't.

I've been watching people insult people they don't know over differences of political opinion. What a waste of time. If you really want to mess with someone's head, give them some solid data supporting your side. Maybe they'll learn something. Maybe you will.

People are too easily offended. Some of them could probably use a good offending, but I don't feel like being the jackass to do it. Tell you what: you be the jackass, and I'll stand here and be supportive of your decisions.

Surprise everyone: next time you have a disagreement with someone, find something that you agree on before you disengage.

Are you sure you're correct? I mean really sure? Are you %100 sure there's nothing you're missing? Check again.

I follow actual news accounts, and purposely don't follow sports news. So I find it particularly irritating that the actual news accounts are retweeting posts from their affiliated news accounts.

Something I've learned by refusing to comment on tweets: It is easier to keep a positive attitude here than on Facebook. If you don't want to comment, you can "like" or move on. It's like the ol' "if you haven't got something nice to say, don't say anything at all."

If you believe someone is wrong, let them talk. If you're right about them, then you're giving them rope to hang themselves. If you're wrong about them, you might learn something. That's a win/win. It's unpopular right now I know. After all, you're definitely right, aren't you?

Both sides of the Kavanaugh issue have legitimate concerns. You may not agree with them, but if you can't understand where they are coming from, you're not trying, or don't care. If either is true, are you sure you're more moral than they are?

I think most Americans want the most good, for the most people. The difference is that they believe in different routes to get there. All the demonization of the political parties is propaganda. Don't fall for it.

It's time for a new perspective on this.
