Already happening. They've been escalating the milkshakes to include caustic chemicals..now they're escalating further...against police. Started with water...now concrete, garbage and also BULLETS, which is now a thing for leftists, I guess. VOTE TRUMP

Those cement milkshakes were just a conspiracy theory made by a whiny drama Youtuber, Paul Joseph Watson. It's scary how quick those fake news spread across the internet just because it fits with anti-Antifa narrative. @shaun_vids has good video debunking this conspiracy.
