That is why
#decred is here. Decentralized governance, 10% of block rewards going to the decentralized development fund and the network is hyper secure by combining POW and POS where POS is used to buy tickets which can be used to vote. -
Decred has gotten it right from Day 1. Even if other projects were to break their social contract and start a dev fund off of block reward, who would manage that fund? How would decisions be made? Decred is ahead of the ball game, the market just hasn't realized it yet.
