A policy preventing Copyright owners from making $ on manual claims for:
Short song clips (ex: 5 sec of a song)
Unintentional audio (ex:
from passing cars)
Claimants can still block monetization or the video itself, but timestamps help you edit out the claim.

Can YouTube please adopt an innocent until proven guilty philosophy with copyright claims? Many people do YouTube as a job and are dependent on that ad revenue to survive. They should have their income suspended for months while a bogus copyright claim is sorted out.

I know right? If Auto content ID didn't flag it, it's likely a fraud claim, or some minor artwork. There should be heavy onus on the claimant to prove their position. $50 in escrow for legal fees would fix this. Don't make claiming free.
