Conservatives are convinced that less government, less public spending and less regulation equates to more freedom for them. They never stop to rationalise cause and consequence. Freedom to be an isolated individualist requires vast resources

Sure did, it was the whole lake of 🔥 “incedent” when the dogs accidentally slipped the leash! Haha! “This is about outing gay kids,” said the party’s caucus whip Ric McIver, speaking against the policy resolution shortly before it was passed by 57 per cent.

"Cheaper to adapt" ? The hell does that mean? A carbon tax means exactly that, adapting. Up til now, CO2 emissions have been what economists refer to as an externality, and have not been captured in the market cost of fossil fuels. Time to adapt.

Very interesting that the Toronto Police can do fuck all about Kristyn Wong-Tam experiencing death threats, racist, sexist and homophobic trolling but the Niagara Police can go to a gay man's home over a critical tweet of homophobic, anti-abortion white politician Sam Oosterhoff.

Just one issue after another. Why? Because it's fundamentally wrong. You cannot privilege one religion over & at exclusion of all others - AND have them violate human rights - in state protected, publicly funded schools. Simply, it's wrong & needs to end.

Canada turfed a closet hiding coward who ran away when leadership mattered, in exchange for a man who hold public town hall forums because he actually likes Canadians. Unlike who had to sneak in the side door to a staged photo op at Giant Tiger 🙄😆😏

This would be a stronger argument if it was a) backed up by any evidence b) if Mr. Scheer could say how he knows leading economists & scientists around the world are wrong c) if he had a better idea. Otherwise just sounds like kids in the basement running Twitter account.

He actually did say. According to the article about the Giant Tiger speech, Scheer plans to do a corporate welfare scheme and that means taxpayers are going to be dishing out money for it, with NO rebate like they will get under the current plan. Paying welfare to the rich.

This is the result of handing parents control over form and content of curriculum. It’s in the UCP 2018 policy platform as a priority policy. This is privatized education. That mom gets paid to teach her kids bible passages. This is what Kenney will implement.

Well, we had you in Ottawa for 20 years and that was a total failure. Rachel Notley has achieved a great deal more on on this front than you and Harper. You utterly failed Alberta. You, Jason Kenney, will utterly fail Alberta if you get the premier's chair.

Memory lane time. That time Pierre Poilievre was forced to enter into a compliance agreement with the Commissioner of Canada Elections for violating the Conflict of Interest Act during a funding announcement in 2015.
