Ahh, that makes sense for new videos, I s'pose but why choose a 3-year old LEGO Worlds video for MANUAL review? That doesn't seem like a wise use of resources :/
Looked into this a bit more and found that as a member of YPP, any of your videos may be manually reviewed by YouTube even if you haven't requested a review yourself. The emails you received are confirmation of the reviews. Hope this helps clarify!

Worst thing that could happen is that a previously monetized video gets de-monetized. I don’t think they aren’t monetized before the manual review, but rather (hopefully) Youtube took matters into it’s own hands to make sure people got a fair review of their videos.
