Long thread - Why i have always said 1:10 ratio for is total rubbish : 1) the magnitude differential was NEVER 2.5 ! Dr. Karen Meech knew her data was not corrected for phase angle but still used it.

Tomorrow is the 2nd anniversary of Falcon Heavy's debut. For so long skeptics whispered that a rocket with 27 engines was unwieldy. Yet it flew brilliantly. The world's most powerful rocket, built with private funds. Starship seems fantastical, but not sure I'd bet against it.

is the theory that if "2+2=44" seen in an old manuscript doesn't agree w/ observations, then add a 'dark' number D such that 2+2+D=44. Now it works! It really is that silly.

A hauntingly cool and stirring Earthrise photo from Apollo 14, almost 50 years ago! Have a look!

This is the exact problem i mentioned just yesterday. Many scientists are mentally conditioned to believe that asteroids are rocky & comets are icy. And they get upset when i question their faith or ask for evidence to justify it.

Asteroid that killed the dinosaurs & nearly wiped out all life on Earth was good for bacteria and caused it to flourish, study claims I wonder how did these scientists rule out comets ? How are they so sure it was an asteroid ?

On Monday I’ll be planning a significant press conference with important new results from the flyby of KBO 2014 MU69 Arrokoth, in a mission science observation planning meeting & in our every Monday mission leadership tag up.

Gripping story but too long. Perfect for a movie. I see it beating the movie 21 hands down.

Crater chains are quite common in the solar system. Impacts just cannot explain them.
