Hi, team, there is an issue with the processing of the video and low quality. Yesterday I uploaded a full HD, 60FPS, 5GB video, and cannot process to High quality after 12 hours. This is not normal. Today I deleted the video and reuploaded it, and I get the same issue

While the video uploads, only lower resolutions (like 360p) are processed – this makes uploading faster. Higher resolutions continue to process after your upload is finished: https://yt.be/help/3QZ9 . If it's been more than 12 hrs, mind sharing the video URL so we can take a look?

It is not a 4k video. It is full HD (1080p), 60FPS with 5GB size.
