Reminder: Don't trust datamining, especially of spell coefficient changes. I believe nearly all of those are things that were hotfixed live.

In fact, it looks like most, if not all, of the rogue changes are tooltip fixes. (Including, weirdly, one for pre-buff Assassin's Resolve.)

Patch 6.1 datamining has begun, as the PTR's about to start. Beware: What may *appear* to be rogue changes may actually be tooltip fixes.
