Those weren't animation channels. I watch them. They're "animated storytime" youtubers. The animations are a few frames that they repeat with some still drawings as they tell a story. Extra credits is just stills that they repeat with simple drawings as well. /1
Actually, you're absolutely right about that now that I think about it. We haven't had many animation channels that are purely focused on short animation films become big on this platform. This is just making the situation worse.
